В настоящее время сложно себе представить квалифицированного специалиста в той или иной сфере без профильного образования. Подтверждено, что специалисты, имеющие профильное образование торговле, показывают лучшие результаты по отношению к работникам него. Вот почему сейчас всё больше людей стараются получить специальности. то же время, наряду с классическим образованием, существует большое количество обучающих программ, повышающих квалификацию сотрудника и приносящих больший результат торговому предприятию. Сектор розничной торговли традиционно является лидером текучести кадров во всем мире уже много лет. Менеджеры персоналу торговле ведут конкурентную битву за персонал на рынке труда. Денежные затраты поиск, наём приём работу сотрудников, а затем повышение их производительности, слишком большие, чтобы потерять очень быстро. Оборот стоит организациям времени, денег репутации.
